Cancellation Policy

Let's Go Drive Sydney reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the original booking price should a client decide to cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled booking time. Failure to attend a booking or providing less than 2 hours' notice of cancellation will be deemed a no-show and result in the client being charged the full cost of the lesson. In the event that a client requests a refund for any unused lessons, an 8% handling/administration fee will apply. Partially used or expired packages are ineligible for refunds.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, such as illness or sudden changes, and we are committed to handling each case on an individual basis. In such instances, if appropriate, a cancellation fee may still be applied.

Should a cancellation be initiated by Let's Go Drive Sydney Driving School due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, resulting in the instructor's inability to attend the scheduled lesson, we will promptly reschedule the lesson at the earliest available time. Alternatively, if rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be provided.
