Do you have a passion for road safety and a knack for clear communication?
We're looking for enthusiastic and qualified Driving Instructors to join our growing team in Sydney! As a Driving Instructor, you'll play a vital role in helping people of all ages gain the confidence and skills they need to become safe and responsible drivers.
About the Role:
- Deliver engaging and informative driving lessons, both theoretical and practical.
- Create a positive and supportive learning environment for students.
- Develop personalised lesson plans to cater to individual needs and learning styles.
- Prepare students for the driver's knowledge test and practical driving test.
- Maintain a safe and well-maintained vehicle.
- Keep detailed records of student progress.
What you'll bring:
- A valid NSW Driver Trainer Accreditation (Certificate IV in Motor Vehicle Driver Training TLI41222 or equivalent).
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Driving Instructor (preferred).
- Excellent communication, patience, and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to build rapport with students from diverse backgrounds.
- A strong commitment to road safety and safe driving practices.
- A reliable car with dual controls (manual or automatic).

Eligibility
To be eligible you must:
- be aged 21 or over
- hold a current full (unrestricted) Australian driver licence
- have held the equivalent class of unrestricted licence in which you want to instruct, for a minimum of 3 of the last 4 years
- hold, or have evidence you are applying for, an employee WWCC number (if wanting to instruct Class C licence applicants)
- be a fit and proper person – PDF
- have a safe driving record (parking offences excluded)
- be medically fit to drive.
